I got some really exciting news to announce to all of you early March, make sure to come and visit my blog to see what's happening!
A few months ago... with my close 5 friends... my dearest Yaya's... we did a photo swap! I just got hold of the pictures of the project that I did for Katie. I did this mini photo frame with a vintage look to match her beautiful wedding dress... even if you can't really see it on this picture! Thanks Katie for sending me the photos!
One year ago in January 2007, it was our first get together @ Mell's and kevin's place to watch the Super Bowl as a group. Well let me clarify this... the boys are watching the full thing and Mell and I we are only watching the commercials! We wanted to make it fun for us 2, therefore we decided to beat on one or the other team and then the looser would have to do something else for the winner! Well last year Mellisa won and this is what I made for her and gave it to her... yes a year later (as we have the respectable delay of a year to complete the project!) And ask me who won this year.... Yes it was Mell again! So happy that I didn't put any $$$ money on the game - so beter to give something from the heart! So happy to have on my To do list ... a something-something for her for the next Super Bowl in 2009!
I'm really happy with them and hope you will enjoy taking the class! Love the K& Co rub-ons! For more details see http://www.tomorrowstreasures.ca/ and the schedule will be posted in the next days. The cards will be available to see in the Orleans store on Saturday! Have a great snow day and be safe if you are on the roads.
My biggest group last night teaching: 10 laddies in total! Thanks to Lynn, Laurie, Janet S, Julie, Janet T, Claire, Nathalie, Brigitte, Monique and Lisette!
Ok... yes I have to admit, I was super nervous and had to take really big respirations but all went well! Having this large project and also a bit complicated I'm so happy of all your final results!
I hope you all enjoy your self and where able to relax. To combine the teaching aspect and the store front all went well.
Tonight I will be creating one of the classes for February - A Card class (not a class of cards like I said last night) with the new K& Co line. Great papers, Beautiful Rub-Ons... must I say more? Make sure to visit my blog in a few days they will be posted here and also on the store web site @ http://www.tomorrowstreasures.ca - the calendar will be posted beginning of February!
Have a safe day today with the freezing rain!
Hugs
Stéphanie
